HomeSpace provide a full design and build turnkey service for all aspects of the contract from detailed design and structural engineering calculations, planning submissions and supervision through to building regulation approval and CDM regulations.
On site we take care of everything from basework preparation, air control systems, electrical and plumbing requirements to final commissioning of the building. This type of project management offers considerable benefits to our customers, especially in terms of reduced costs, shorter time scales and valuable experience.
The process starts with our highly creative architectural team who interpret the client’s brief to produce stunning designs using the latest computer aided design packages. This is followed up by technical, manufacturing and contract management teams calling upon 30 years experience, to provide the highest level of customer service.
We are equally happy to undertake contract segments, for example to supply just the building superstructure without fixtures and fittings or to work on clients’ own architect’s schemes.
